Hi, I’m Emma, the face behind Emma Devir Digital.

Before moving into ecommerce, I built experience across a range of roles that shaped my business mindset and adaptability. For the past 12+ years, I’ve worked in digital and ecommerce, growing alongside an industry that never stands still.

I joined BPerfect Cosmetics at an early stage and became part of its journey from start-up to global brand. As the business scaled, I worked across every layer of marketing and the wider business, eventually leading the team as Head of Marketing. In a fast-growth environment, I built strategy, managed budgets and led teams while driving ambitious sales targets across all online sales channels.

That experience shaped how I approach marketing today, not as isolated activity, but as a structured system that connects brand, content and revenue.

Today I support founder led ecommerce brands across Ireland and the UK who are already growing, but want more clarity and structure behind their marketing. My role is to help align channels, campaigns and activity into a clear, revenue focused plan.

Over time I’ve seen that growth tends to come from clear direction and confident decision making, rather than simply doing more marketing.
