Hi, I’m Emma - the face behind Emma Devir Digital.

Before ecommerce, I built experience across a range of roles that shaped my business mindset and adaptability. For the past 12+ years, I’ve worked in digital and ecommerce, growing alongside an industry that moves fast. 

I joined BPerfect Cosmetics at an early stage and became part of its journey from start-up to global brand. In a scaling business, I worked across every layer of marketing, building strategy, managing budgets, leading teams and driving ambitious sales targets in a high growth environment.

That experience shaped how I approach marketing today: not as isolated activity, but as a structured system that connects brand, content and revenue.

Now, I support founder-led ecommerce brands across Ireland and the UK to bring clarity and structure to their marketing, aligning all sales channels into revenue focused plan.
